		<description>I find the best way to extract maximum juice from lemons is to cut in half, poke deep all over the flesh using a fork or knife tip and gently squeeze juice into a bowl containing a pinch of salt or sugar (depending on intended use of juice). Every last drop will pour forth.</description>
